What We Collect

We collect the information you submit through our website, including your name, work email, company name, role, message, and any operational context you choose to share with us.

If you request a secure data review or a live review of your maintenance data, we may also process the files and supporting notes you send us for the purpose of evaluating fit, demonstrating the platform, and replying to your enquiry.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to demo requests, upload-link requests, partnership enquiries, and support questions.
  • To evaluate whether Flarehex is a fit for your factory, maintenance workflow, or deployment timeline.
  • To improve our website, messaging, and onboarding based on how visitors interact with the product pages and contact flow.
  • To protect our systems against abuse, spam, fraud, and other misuse.

Operational Data

If you share maintenance logs, production records, schedules, or related factory data with us, you retain ownership of that data. We use it only to analyze your workflow, produce the requested evaluation, and support your relationship with Flarehex.

We do not use customer operational data to train shared public models. If longer-term storage or a production deployment is required, we will document that separately in the applicable commercial agreement.

Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information submitted through the site. Access is limited to people who need that information to respond to your request or support the platform.

No internet-facing system is risk free. We therefore encourage you not to submit passwords, secrets, or highly sensitive regulated information through the public website contact form.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries and related business correspondence only as long as needed to respond, continue a commercial conversation, meet legal obligations, and maintain internal records.

If you want us to delete a specific enquiry or uploaded evaluation material, use the contact page and we will handle the request promptly.

Your Choices

  • You can ask for a copy of the contact information you submitted to us.
  • You can request correction or deletion of your information.
  • You can opt out of future outreach that is not directly tied to an active enquiry or customer relationship.
