Flarehex is built for manufacturers that care about operational reliability and data control. We treat security as a product requirement, not a website badge.

This page summarizes the controls and practices we apply to the secure website intake flow, guided reviews, and qualified pilot or rollout discussions that follow.

Core Controls

• Role-based access to internal systems and customer-facing environments.
• Encrypted transport for website and API traffic using modern TLS.
• Credential hygiene, least-privilege access, and routine key rotation practices.
• Restricted handling of uploaded operational data, with access limited to people directly involved in evaluation or delivery.

Customer Operational Data

We use customer-submitted maintenance and production data only for the agreed review, pilot, onboarding, support, or delivery workflow.

We do not use customer operational data submitted through the platform to train shared public models.

Infrastructure and Deployment

Flarehex's architecture is designed around controlled cloud infrastructure, regional deployment awareness, and traceable operational workflows.

Early engagements typically begin with limited review data rather than broad system access. If your organization requires a specific hosting pattern, region, or data residency setup, we handle that during commercial and technical scoping instead of implying a one-size-fits-all deployment.

Sensitive Information

Do not submit passwords, secrets, private keys, or highly sensitive regulated personal data through the public contact form. If a secure transfer path is needed for review or pilot data, request one and we will provide the appropriate channel.

Reporting

If you discover a security issue related to the website or a Flarehex deployment, report it through the contact page with as much detail as possible. We will review and respond as quickly as practical.
